Floral Street Fragrances - how they are becoming THE green fragrance brand

Floral Street have long been on our radar - but this year we looked into more detail at their 'green' philosophy when they entered into our 2023 Global Green Beauty Awards. The brand is lovingly made in the UK and have a strong belief that their brand should be sustainable while also being ethically luxurious. They are a vegan, clean and sustainable lifestyle brand, which from start to finish, truly embed into their brand what it is to be environmentally conscious. They have a selection of fine fragrances, candles, room scents and scented reeds.

Packaging Let's look at their packaging first of all. They were the first fragrance brand to pack their fragrances into reusable, recyclable and biodegradable, pulp packaging. Secondly - they use FSC certified paperboard for their outer packaging and fragrance blotters so they know it‘s from responsibly managed forests. Thirdly, the fragrance bottle itself is glass. This can be recycled over and over again - and is an extremely clean option when it comes to packaging. It also of course looks beautiful on your counter with their lovely floral designs showing through from the back. These fine fragrances are presented in reusable, recyclable and biodegradable packaging. They also have two collections in collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum using Van Gogh's beautiful artwork for their packaging. ​

Sustainable ingredients: Their master perfumer lovingly crafts their vegan (certified by PETA and The Vegan Society) and cruelty free fine fragrances from responsibly sourced ingredients with full traceability. Jérome Epinette, their master perfumer is based in New York at the Robertet perfume house. Jérome is an expert in sustainable raw, natural ingredients that give back to communities in a socially responsible way. Offsetting The brand is also carbon balances through the World Land Trust. It is also completely plastic neutral+ through their partnership with CleanHub.

Christmas is coming up ​Christmas is coming up and we cannot recommend this brand highly enough as a Christmas gift. Not only is it luxurious with a huge array of scents to choose from, but you also know that you are choosing from an independent British brand with ethics in sustainability. We've tried the entire range and there is a unique scent for everyone. Though our absolute favourite has to be the Sweet Almond Blossom perfume. In this range they also have a beautiful three wick candle, which really is a great-go to gift for someone who is hard to choose for. You can also complete the set with their Sweet Almond room fragrance and scented reeds.
